Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our career toolkits, all sales are final once access is provisioned. Digital toolkit content is delivered immediately upon successful payment verification — via the user's registered email address and on-screen confirmation dashboard — and therefore cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

2. Quality Guarantee & Refund Exceptions

However, we stand by the quality of our resources. If a toolkit does not save you significant application overhead or provide actionable value, users can reach out to support.biomedcareers@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a review and manual refund adjustment.

To process your refund request, please include:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Order/purchase reference number
  • The toolkit name
  • A brief explanation of why the toolkit did not meet your expectations

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Our support team will review your request within 2 business days of receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window has expired
  • User changed their mind after accessing and downloading the toolkit content
  • User failed to review the toolkit description and sample contents before purchasing

5. Cancellations

Since digital toolkit orders are processed and delivered instantaneously upon payment confirmation, cancellations are not possible once payment has been completed. If you accidentally made a purchase, please contact us within 24 hours and before accessing the toolkit content, and we will review your case individually.
