3. User Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using our diagnostic tool, creating an account, or submitting forms
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or connected databases
• Not reproduce, duplicate, resell, or exploit any part of the platform — including digital toolkits — for commercial purposes without written permission
• Not share, redistribute, or publicly post purchased digital toolkit content, as all materials are licensed for individual use only

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, graphics, logos, diagnostic algorithms, software, toolkit materials, and design — is the property of BioMed Careers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Purchased digital toolkits are licensed for personal use only and may not be sublicensed, resold, or shared.

5. Payment Terms

Certain services on the platform, including digital career toolkits, require payment. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All products sold on BioMed Careers are digital toolkits. Delivery is executed instantaneously via the user's registered email address and on-screen confirmation dashboard immediately upon successful payment verification. No physical shipping is required.

7. Limitation of Liability

The career diagnostic results and job listings are provided for informational purposes only. BioMed Careers does not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of third-party job listings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioMed Careers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Governing Law
